Reuben Foster’s ex-girlfriend, the alleged victim in his domestic violence case, is scheduled to testify on Thursday at a preliminary hearing. Her attorney confirmed this news to Matt Barrows on Tuesday. She is expected to testify that Foster did not strike her, and she initially lied to police.
Thursday is also the day of the preliminary hearing. A judge will decide if there is enough evidence to proceed to trial, and if so, Foster will enter his formal plea. Foster chose not to waive time, which means any trial would need to start within 60 days of his plea.
