Much of the talk heading into the 2018 NFL Draft has been about the big names the San Francisco 49ers might consider at No. 9. We hear some chatter about day two options as well, but No. 9 is where the high profile action is.
But of course, the 49ers are busy considering their options for the end of the draft. The team has two picks in the seventh round, and then will be plenty active when undrafted free agency gets started Saturday afternoon.
The latest rumor could impact that. NFL Draft analyst Tony Pauline is reporting the 49ers worked out Stony Brook safety Chris Cooper at some point over the past month.
