Lee was drafted by the 49ers in the sixth round of the 2004 NFL Draft.
Lee, who is a three-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro, is the only All-Pro to be drafted in the sixth round since 2001.
The 32-year-old punter has ranked in the top five in yards per punt since 2007, and has been in the top 10 since 2006.
