The San Francisco 49ers welcome back one of their starting wide receivers this weekend, as Marquise Goodwin will be available for the team’s Week 14 home game against the Denver Broncos. He has been away from the team the past two weeks while dealing with difficult family issues, but head coach Kyle Shanahan said he is ready to and looked good this week in practice.
The team will be without wide receiver Pierre Garçon, who has been ruled out with a knee injury. He has gotten limited work in the past few weeks, and Shanahan has said he would be available if needed, but the knee injury is something they don’t want to push him on at this point.
