Former 49ers quarterback and TV analyst Trent Dilfer is selling his Austin, Tex. mansion for $2.75 million, reports Realtor.com.
The sprawling 6,792 square foot four-bedroom, five-bath villa overlooks Lake Travis. It features a housetop balcony, elevator, outdoor kitchens, pool and many other amenities.
Dilfer purchased the home in 2017 for $2.175 million, according to public records. Donna Ciccarelli with Realty Austin is the current listing agent.
Born in Santa Cruz, Dilfer attended Aptos High School. He spent 14 seasons in the NFL and won a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens in 2000. He played with the 49ers during the 2006-2007 season.
