Ex-49ers kicker Joe Nedney has sold his Scotts Valley, Calif. home for the asking price of $2.25 million, reports the L.A. Times. The sale took less than a month.

The five bedroom, five bath home spans 4,343 square feet. It features a game room with a separate entrance, a pool and spa and an outdoor kitchen, among many other amenities.
Nedney purchased the home in 2006 for $1.57M, according to public records. Derek Timm with Montalvo Homes & Estates was the listing agent.
Nedney, who played for the 49ers between 2005 and 2010, was born and raised in San Jose.
