In partnership with organizations like Make-A-Wish and the Dream Foundation, the goal of 49ers Wish presented by Brocade is to enrich the lives of individuals facing extreme adversity or life-threatening medical conditions. Wish recipients and their families join the 49ers to enjoy a truly unique day in the life of the team, including spending time amongst teammates at the SAP Performance Facility, and attending a home game at Levi’s® Stadium.

With the help of the Dream Foundation, the only national dream-granting organization for adults and their families suffering life-threatening illness which has served more than 20,000 dreams, the 49ers were able to offer Eddy a weekend to remember with his family and friends.
