The 2018 NFL Draft is only a few weeks away, and NFL power rankings already have been shaken up with the flurry of moves and deals we saw during free agency frenzy not long ago.
Longtime powerhouses, like the Seattle Seahawks, have seen a sharp drop off in their standings. Meanwhile, other NFC West franchises — the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers, notably — are now trending in the right direction.
Free agency certainly added to the rankings. The Rams were no exception, making a flurry of deals to land All-Pro talent via trades and free-agent pickups.
