It shouldn’t be much of a surprise that the San Francisco 49ers find themselves towards the bottom of the barrel when evaluating NFL power rankings after Week 4 of the 2015 season.
The 49ers are coming off a 17-3 home embarrassment to the Green Bay Packers in which San Francisco’s offense was completely stagnant. If there was a positive emanating from the 49ers’ efforts, it was the fact that their defense held quarterback Aaron Rodgers and Co. to a relatively low score and just 224 yards through the air.
But the big problem with the 49ers this season has been a lack of production on the offensive side of the ball.
