The NFL has completed their personal conduct policy investigation of cornerback Tramaine Brock, and on Friday they announced he had been cleared. The league said there was insufficient evidence to support a finding he engaged in any activity that violated the policy, and the investigation has been closed. Here is the full letter.

Nine months ago, Brock was arrested for suspicion of domestic violence.
