The San Francisco 49ers hired Chip Kelly Thursday morning, with Jed York announcing the decision on Twitter at 10:33 a.m. PT. There have been plenty of reactions from current 49ers and other NFL players. One player with a low key tweet that may or may not have been about the Chip Kelly news was former Oregon running back LaMichael James.
Obviously we can't say whether or not this is about football, because LMJ is one to tweet about random topics that seem to be about football, but really aren't! A little later in the day, LMJ retweeted this tweet from one of the 49ers photographers:
