1. Help find a GM: After interviewing nine candidates to replace Trent Baalke as general manager, the 49ers likely want Shanahan’s input on their next personnel czar. Such consultation could come next week when the 49ers conduct a follow-up “interview” with Shanahan, who is in his second season as offensive coordinator of the Atlanta Falcons, Sunday’s NFC Championship Game hosts.
