San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan held a conference call Monday morning to provide a few injury updates.
It’s too early to get any updates for safety Talanoa Hufanga’s wrist injury. Shanahan said, “he definitely has a wrist,” which hinted at Hufanga likely missing Thursday’s divisional showdown against the Seattle Seahawks. The team will have Hufanga’s MRI back later on Monday afternoon.
Jake Moody’s high ankle sprain was confirmed, and the team will have his replacement in the building later on Monday. Shanahan said the team would bring in four kickers on Monday, saying the 49ers personnel team is still scrambling to see who they were: “I think we got four guys coming in later today.
