Monday, Armstead agreed to a five-year, $85 million deal with the Niners, while Buckner — who was named the team’s MVP after an NFC champion season — will be an Indianapolis Colt on Wednesday, when the new league year begins.
Buckner, who was traded for the Colts’ first-round pick, has reportedly agreed to a deal with Indianapolis that will pay him an average of $21 million a year.
