Last week, we took a look at the Parcells Rules as applied to some of the top quarterback prospects in the 2016 NFL Draft. Connor Cook ranked first, hitting on six of the seven categories. Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, and Paxton Lynch all hit on four, and Christian Hackenberg hit on two.
The analyst was only looking at Todd McShay's top two tiers of quarterbacks, so it missed out on some players that would pass with flying colors.
