Kaepernick’s name reinstated to Madden soundtrack; where EA dropped the ball

Former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick is back in the game.

The Madden game.

Sort of.

When “Madden NFL 19” was released recently, a sharp-eared Twitter user found that Kaepernick’s name had been scrubbed from the game’s soundtrack. When the deletion came to light Wednesday, it caused a furor. Sean Don, who sang the verse that included Kaepernick’s name was not pleased.
