The Arizona Cardinals suffered an ugly Week 7 loss to the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football, performing like they were sleep-walking. Denver thumped them 45-10 in a game that saw them jump out to a 14-0 lead and never look back. They dominated on both sides of the ball, with a pair of picks sixes on defense and Emmanuel Sanders dominating on offense.
The Cardinals suffered added insult when rookie quarterback Josh Rosen suffered a toe injury on the team’s last offensive play of the game. On 4th and 16, Rosen was sacked for an eight-yard loss and limped off the field.
