Johnny Manziel signed $100 bill 'Money Manziel' before 49ers-Browns

The San Francisco 49ers face Johnny Manziel and the Cleveland Browns, and just for the heck of it, Manziel signed a $100 bill before the game. He signed it "Money Manziel" and I am curious what exactly this fan plans on doing with the bill. I would assume the fan will frame it, but when you're asking athletes to autograph money, I suppose anything is possible. Personally, I would have offered up a $1 or $5 bill at most. Although, I wonder if Manziel would have declined t sign a lower denomination?
