For the first time since 2021, the San Francisco 49ers have a draft pick in the first round. That year, of course, was when the Niners brass made the decision to mortgage multiple first-round picks to move up for one of the top quarterbacks in the draft.
General manager John Lynch was asked to reflect on that decision a few years removed and how he views it:
