Joe Montana was among a group of 18 members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame who recently returned from a weeklong trip to Israel.
New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft led “Touchdown in Israel II” from Jun 13-21. It was the second time in two years Kraft took a group of Hall of Famers to Israel.
The trip included sight-seeing to Israel’s most historic and sacred sites including Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, Masada, the Dead Sea, the City of David and the Western Wall, and an afternoon in Bethlehem, according to the Hall of Fame.
“What a great experience,” Montana said.
