It has been a rough year for the San Francisco 49ers, and it would appear it has been a tough year for CEO Jed York. In recent weeks, York has been in a “battle” with the Los Altos Hill’s Planning Commission, over the right to build a 756-square foot pool cabana at his current home. His neighbors have complained the cabana will block their view, which led to meetings with the commission. York’s plans were approved with a slight change. According to Los Altos Online, “The roof of his single-story cabana must be a foot and a half lower than originally designed, commissioners decided.
