While GM Trent Baalke came up short of committing to giving Jarryd Hayne a spot on the San Francisco 49ers roster or practice squad for the 2016 NFL season, it appears that Hayne will be back with the new-look Chip Kelly 49ers.
Said Baalke regarding Hayne’s place on the roster next year:
“u200bWe haven’t spent a ton of time speaking about individual players on a roster yet but I’ll tell you he’s well aware of Jarryd and Jarryd’s story, as is everyone in the National Football League by now .
