Jarryd Hayne gets "start", finishes with fewer touches than DuJuan Harris

The San Francisco 49ers had another running back shake-up this week, with Shaun Draughn inactive due to a knee injury suffered last week. The injury opened the door for another batch of running backs to carry the load against the Detroit Lions. The team signed DuJuan Harris off the Baltimore Ravens practice squad, waived Travaris Cadet, and then promoted Jarryd Hayne to the 53-man roster.

The team did not announce a starter before the game, instead putting together a committee approach. Jarryd Hayne got the first carry of the group, and finished with nine rushes for 27 yards, and five receptions for 20 yards.
