San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan spoke to the media after the 49ers win on Sunday to provide a few injury updates. Shanahan said Jimmy Garoppolo has a high-ankle sprain. Shanahan said the team wouldn’t know more about whether Garoppolo will miss time until the end of the week.
