The San Francisco 49ers will be without a starter on defense against the Seattle Seahawks Sunday at Levi’s Stadium. Safety Jaquiski Tartt was ruled out Friday by coach Kyle Shanahan, while a handful of players are listed as questionable for the 49ers’ Week 15 matchup.
Tartt’s ailing shoulder continues to torment the 49ers’ safety, who’ll be on the sideline for the second consecutive week. Sunday will be Tartt’s sixth missed game of 2018.
Marcell Harris made his second start of the season in Tartt’s place last week against the Broncos, racking up seven tackles and two tackles for loss.
