SANTA CLARA – Outside linebacker Aaron Lynch will miss his second consecutive game due to a concussion he sustained Dec. 6 against the Chicago Bears.
Lynch, the 49ers’ leading pass-rusher, was listed among the 49ers’ seven inactive players for Sunday’s game against the AFC North-leading Cincinnati Bengals at Levi’s Stadium.
Lynch leads the 49ers with 6 ½ sacks. Ahmad Brooks is expected to start on one side with Corey Lemonier and Eli Harold sharing the chores on the other side. Tank Carradine is also expected to see time as an outside pass rusher in nickel situations. The 49ers rank 28th in the NFL in sacks per pass play.
