The National Weather Service's Bay Area office is forecasting light to moderate rain all day, with a possibility of thunderstorms after 2 p.m. "Chance of precipitation is 90%," the weather service said. "New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
