“Neal, 30, has played at least 80% of the special teams snaps between the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins over the past two seasons and logged at least 316 special teams snaps in each of the past three seasons. He has appeared in 114 career games.
The Bills selected Neal (6-0, 206) in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Jacksonville State. He has logged 2,086 special teams snaps and 625 defensive snaps over his career.”
