Richard Sherman had a press conference on Tuesday in Santa Clara and he is still defending the deal he negotiated on his behalf with the 49ers. He signed a 3 year deal that is tied to incentives to be on the field and to perform. There has been a lot of criticism about not using an agent and getting more money for his contract. He’s not worried about the contract and thinks other players will take that route in getting deals done.
As a veteran cornerback and coming off injury, he wants to get back on the field to contribute.
