I was going to try my best to play devil's advocate this morning for the much anticipated eventual release of Jordan Devey, but there simply isn't enough English for me to craft a compelling argument. Devey was a poor offensive tackle and the length that he held that starting job was an indictment of the coaching staff's incompetence. The worst part was fear of this happening all over again and Devey somehow goes into the O-line for whatever crazy reason. I don't want to say it won't happen since we at the very least have a competant coaching staff, but given this team, I won't put it past them.
