Late Tuesday Night, our Rob Lowder reported former San Francisco 49ers safety Adrian Colbert had signed with to the practice squad of the Seattle Seahawks. That report was confirmed Wednesday morning by multiple beat reporters.
Colbert was signed after starting safety Tedric Thompson missed time with a hamstring injury, and Seahawks coach Pete Carrol said it would be tough for Thompson to play this week. I wonder if Colbert will be promoted to the active roster.
Colbert, who is 6-foot-2, 210 pounds, was a seventh-round pick out of Miami in 2017.
