Cleveland Brown’s head coach Freddie Kitchens met with the media Wednesday morning to discuss his team’s upcoming matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Kitchens made it a point throughout the call to talk about how talent isn’t the driving force for success in the NFL. I transcribed his answers. Here they are.

He’s a very good quarterback. He’s one of the better quarterbacks in the league. He’s been getting the ball out of his hands. They’ve given up, what, one or two sacks this year and that’s it, so he’s been getting the ball out, making a good decision and it seems he has total confidence and control of the offense, so we’ve got our work cut out for us.
