Former 49ers CB Tramaine Brock Charged With Felony Domestic Violence, Faces Up To 5 Years In Prison

The Santa Clara district attorney announced Monday that former 49ers CB Tramaine Brock has been charged with felony domestic violence and misdemeanor child endangerment.

Brock is facing up to five years in prison after he was accused of punching his girlfriend in the face and attempting to strangle her multiple times, including once as she was holding their 1-year-old child.

It’s been a while since there was an update regarding Brock and his pending legal issues.

Jason Cole of B/R previously reported that several NFL teams were keeping tabs on Brock in the event that district attorney in Santa Clara, California does not pursue charges against him for the domestic violence incident that led to him being released back in April.
