Miller, 27, a native of Woodstock, Ga., is currently in his home state while the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office continues to review his case. General manager Trent Baalke was asked if Miller was told not to participate in the offseason program, which began April 6.
“We sat down with Bruce and feel it’s very important for him to handle this situation,” Baalke said. “Once it’s handled, we’ll move on from there.”
A date for Miller’s arraignment hearing has not been set, according a spokesperson at the Santa Clara D.A.’s office.
