SAN JOSE -- A former San Francisco 49er charged with raping a woman described as mentally delayed appeared in court but did not enter a plea. The Santa Clara County District Attorney's office says attorneys for Dana Stubblefield were granted their request for a new judge Friday, and a new hearing was scheduled for the following week. Investigators say Stubblefield raped the woman last year in his Morgan Hill, California home after she interviewed for a job baby-sitting his children. Stubblefield has said the encounter was consensual, and his attorneys have denied the woman suffered from any disability that prevented her from consenting.
