The San Francisco 49ers are back at practice, but early retirement issues remain a significant topic of discussion. Eric Reid told Eric Branch that he does think about his repeated concussions in the NFL, and does admit he might consider retiring if the problem grows.
Reid did not give a number on what it would require for him to retire, but made the point that it really is a case-by-case basis.
