Washington hosts the Cleveland Browns in Week 4, and wide receiver DeSean Jackson is offering up his own form of protest against police brutality. Jackson had a pair of cleats customized with caution tape drawn on them. He will wear the cleats during pre-game warmups before switching back to his regular cleats for the game. Players can wear anything they want in pre-game warmups, but once they take the field for the game, there are specific rules regarding the uniform.
