The 2018 Senior Bowl gets underway this week, and that means we will hear a lot of assessments about a host of players. One player who will not be included in these assessments is Ohio State cornerback Denzel Ward. The true junior is not eligible to play in the Senior Bowl, and so he is likely spending this week continuing preparations for the 2018 NFL Combine.
I bring him up because we are seeing more and more people suggest him as an option for the San Francisco 49ers in the 2018 NFL Draft.
