DeBartolo to present for Haley at Hall of Fame

Former 49ers owner Edward DeBartolo Jr. will serve next month as a Pro Football Hall of Fame presenter for the fifth time when he introduces pass-rush specialist Charles Haley.

Haley, a fourth-round draft pick of the 49ers in 1986, played his first six NFL seasons with the 49ers. He returned to the 49ers for the playoffs in 1998 and the full 1999 season. He won two Super Bowls with the 49ers and three Super Bowls in five seasons with the Dallas Cowboys after a 1992 trade.

DeBartolo also served as the presenter for coach Bill Walsh in 1993, quarterback Joe Montana in 2000, defensive end Fred Dean in 2008 and wide receiver Jerry Rice in 2010.
