“It’s been a good week so far. The guys are really working hard. I get a chance, one of the good things is I get a chance to kind of walk around individuals and watch each group and I can’t be more impressed with what our assistants are doing. Our guys are working hard, but our assistants are really taking the time and investing in fundamentals.
