Colin Kaepernick talks with new league; his asking price is staggering

For a guy who is suing for the right to go to work, Colin Kaepernick sure drives a hard bargain.

According to the Associated Press, Kaepernick spoke with representatives of the Alliance of American Football (AAF), a pro football startup that launched last week. Kaepernick’s asking price: $20 million.

From The Athletic’s Lindsay Jones:

A couple notes after talking to Bill Polian about AAF:
1) CEO Charlie Ebersol reached out to Colin Kaepernick about interest in playing in the league. "I don't know what transpired, but he's obviously not playing," Polian said. Polian personally spoke to Tim Tebow, who declined.
