Christmas came early for the San Francisco 49ers.
A day early, to be exact.
The 49ers found a way to edge the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday, 22-21, to end the franchise's 13-game losing streak.
San Francisco (2-13) pulled off the victory after trailing 21-7 in the fourth quarter. Colin Kaepernick led the 49ers on a pair of late-game scoring drives. The sixth-year pro was 18-of-24 passing for 177 yards in the second half. He ran for a 13-yard score, tossed a 10-yard touchdown pass to Rod Streater and the dove into the end zone for the game-winning two-point conversion.
