The San Francisco 49ers are holding the first practice of rookie minicamp on Friday, and there are some notable names getting a tryout. The team drafted nine players and signed 13 undrafted free agents, but they are also bringing in 33 unsigned players who will try out for a shot at earning a training camp invite.
Chris Biderman posted the full list of tryout candidates, which you can check out below. Most of them are longshots to earn even an invite to training camp, but there are still some notable names. Defensive back Darren Crawford is the grandson of 49ers great Fred Dean, and fullback Connor Wentz is the brother of Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz.
