Bruce Miller's case continues to wait for some kind of word from the Santa Clara District Attorney's office. What's next?
The San Francisco 49ers continue to wait on word as to the legal status of fullback Bruce Miller. The Santa Clara District Attorney's office had established a placeholder arraignment date of April 20, but that has been pushed back. Eric Branch is reporting the DA's office is still reviewing the case, and have not established an arraignment hearing date.
Miller was arrested in early March on suspicion of spousal battery. The police released some basic details on March 12, and the case was passed to the DA's office that same day.
