The news that a professional football player — a starting quarterback for one of the NFL’s most prominent franchises, no less — was splitting rent with someone else made its way to a national audience in November during an interview with the “Today” show. But those days are likely coming to an end, and a Super Bowl victory might very well speed up the process, joked Niners lineman, and Purdy’s housemate, Nick Zakelj.
