Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald has reported to practice with the team, according to Pro Football Talk. Donald, one of the best defenders in the NFL, was holding out for a new contract. He hasn’t yet signed a new deal, or agreed to one, but surprisingly made the decision to end his holdout, for now at least.
Donald passed a physical but will not play in the team’s opener on Sunday, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. It’s worth noting that the San Francisco 49ers will play the Rams in Week 3, and there was always some thought that Donald might not play against them.
