49ers work out defensive tackle who, ‘checks enough boxes that he should get drafted’

The San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks might be rivals on the field, but they don’t mind sharing some opportunities. The two teams had representatives at the Bucknell campus to work out defensive tackle Abdullah Anderson, according to NFL reporter Aaron Wilson.

Abdullah stands 6’4, 295 pounds, and took part in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl this year. He was an FCS second-team All American, and took home a host of awards. In ten games this season, he finished with 42 tackles (20 solo), nine tackles for a loss, 2.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries and one interception.
