49ers vs. Seahawks injury report: George Kittle doubtful

SANTA CLARA — George Kittle, the 49ers’ leading receiver and all-encompassing tight end, is officially doubtful for Monday night’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Kittle’s knee and ankle injuries from last game kept him out of practice all week. He’s only missed one previous game in his 2 1/2-year career — a Nov. 12, 2017 win over the New York Giants.

The 49ers (8-0) have seen Kittle continue to dominate after a sensational 2018 season in which he set a NFL record for receiving yards by a tight end. This season, he’s caught 46-of-57 targets with no drops for 541 yards and two touchdowns, including the 49ers’ first touchdown last game shortly after his knee injury in the 28-25 Halloween win at Arizona.
