The San Francisco 49ers have their first playoff matchup ahead of them this weekend when they face off against the Green Bay Packers at Levi’s Stadium in the Divisional Round of the playoffs.
In the game, two of the league’s younger quarterbacks will face off in Brock Purdy and Jordan Love, who are both first-year starters with their respective teams.
However, their paths to get to this stage couldn’t be more different.
Purdy was a seventh-round selection in the 2023 NFL Draft, who earned his opportunity when Trey Lance and Jimmy Garoppolo got injured last season and ran with the chance.
