The San Francisco 49ers continue to churn the bottom of their roster as ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported that the team is working out former Raiders' third-round pick of the 2017 NFL Draft Eddie Vanderdoes.
The defensive tackle finished his rookie season without any sacks, had two tackles for loss and two quarterback hits. Vanderdoes started 13 games in 2017.
Vanderdoes tore his ACL in Week 17 of his rookie year and didn’t play in 2018. He appeared in three games with the Texans late in 2019. Vanderdoes opted out of the 2020 regular season.
